At the moment we are open for urgent appointments only, in time we will be resuming routine dentistry.

  • If you have an urgent dental problem, please contact the practice via telephone.

  • If you already have an appointment then please follow the following instructions below:

COVID has made everything different, including your visit to the dentist.  If you have an appointment to see us we want to make it as simple and safe as possible.  There is a lot of pressure on our services at the moment, so please carefully read what will happen at your appointment:

  • Please arrive for your appointment with enough time.  If you are late, there is a risk we can’t see you. However we can’t let you in until the building until your allotted time, so don’t come too early!

  • Please observe social distancing

  • Please wait outside the practice at your appointment time. Once your appointment time arrives, please knock on the door and step back 2 metres from the door.

  • A staff member will open the door and follow you inside.  There will be a place for you to clean your hands when you enter and then you will go straight into the surgery to see the dentist.

  • Treatment at this stage is urgent only, this means treatment will focus on treating immediate dental problems.

  • We accept card payments including contactless payments at the appointment, but it is preferable to make payment prior to the appointment over the phone. We still can accept payment using cash or cheque. If using cash please place the correct amount in a small disposable plastic bag prior to arrival

  • Please bring your own pen in case you need to sign anything, but where possible avoid bringing personal possessions.

  • Toilet facilities will not be available.

  • Even though we really like you, we won’t be shaking hands.

  • A parent or carer can attend, but please let us know before.
